These terms describe permitted use of ai-prodigy.com, Spark, and initial consultations. AI Prodigy LLC is a Florida limited liability company. Paid services, projects, subscriptions, and separate products are governed by their specific proposals and agreements; these terms do not replace those agreements or your legal rights.
Permitted use
You may browse and contact us for legitimate business purposes. Provide accurate details and information you are authorized to share. Do not use the site for impersonation, spam, illegal content, attacks, credential harvesting, bypassing safeguards, or unauthorized access. Interactive examples do not authorize testing against our or clients' real systems.
Free consultations and appointments
The initial consultation is a free 15-minute online conversation with David or Carlos, depending on availability. Yesenia coordinates communications. There is no obligation to buy and no card is required. Booking does not commission a project or guarantee a quote, deliverable, result, or timeline. If we agree on a later audit, we will separately confirm its scope, deliverables, and timing.
Microsoft Bookings displays availability based on our calendars. We generally offer Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Eastern; holidays, busy events, and other restrictions may reduce availability. Check the displayed time zone. Appointments currently require between 12 hours and 30 days' advance notice. Your appointment is confirmed when Bookings completes the reservation and sends confirmation, rather than when the calendar opens or Spark suggests a meeting.
Your confirmation includes Teams and rescheduling or cancellation options. Self-service changes or cancellations currently require at least 12 hours' notice. With less notice, email contact@ai-prodigy.com; we cannot guarantee an immediate replacement time. There is no cancellation or no-show charge for this free consultation. We may reschedule for unavailability, technical problems, or safety and will notify you using your contact details.
Booking authorizes operational communications for that appointment, including confirmations, invitations, reminders, and changes. This is not marketing permission or analytics consent. Protect private appointment-management links. Do not send sensitive or confidential material; ask for an appropriate channel and, where needed, a confidentiality agreement first.
Free website audit
We offer an initial manual review of up to three public pages, with at most five useful priorities reviewed by our team before we email them. No call or purchase is required. You must own or manage the website, or have permission to request the review. Share the public website, your email and an optional goal without sensitive information or credentials. Our team will confirm review timing by email; we do not promise instant delivery.
We check performance, search basics, contact paths, initial accessibility, HTTPS and loading issues, and review mobile presentation. These are limited observations, rather than certification, penetration testing, a private software audit or guarantees of rankings, revenue, security or legal compliance. We do not test that a submitted form delivers email. Measurements vary; blocked or unavailable checks are identified. Paid implementation work is agreed separately.
Spark and website information
Spark is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Suggestions, estimates, and explanations are informational; they are not legal, financial, or medical advice or contractual commitments. A response does not confirm an appointment, order, start of work, final price, or deadline. Our team confirms service commitments. Verify important information and contact us if something is unclear.
Commissioned work and ownership
Paid services require a separate agreement covering scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, payment, and deliverable rights. Website estimates depend on assumptions and are not final offers. Our website, code, branding, and content belong to AI Prodigy or its licensors. You may share links; other uses require permission where the law requires it. Client trademarks and work examples belong to their owners.
Privacy and external services
See the privacy notice and cookie notice. Microsoft Bookings, Teams, Google, Stripe, and other providers may have their own terms. We do not control every aspect of their operation or the content of linked sites. We do not require optional analytics permission to contact us or book.
Availability and legal limits
We aim to keep the site and bookings available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, information and free consultations are provided as available, without guarantees of particular business results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits non-waivable rights. Contracted work has the responsibilities and warranties in its relevant agreement.
Changes and applicable law
We may publish a dated new version; updates do not retroactively change signed agreements. Where these terms apply to a contractual relationship, Florida law governs unless mandatory law provides otherwise. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights.
