AI Prodigy LLC is a Florida limited liability company serving primarily US businesses. This notice covers ai-prodigy.com, inquiries, Spark, and meeting bookings. Contracted projects may have additional agreements and notices.
Information and purposes
We receive your name, email, message, and optional details directly from you, including phone, company, website, interests, scope, and budget. We use them to respond, assess requests, prepare proposals, and arrange next steps. We also receive appointment information from Microsoft Bookings and, if you sign in, account identifiers and profile information. Stripe handles payment details entered in its portal.
Hosting and security services may record IP address, browser, requested pages, timestamps, and errors to deliver the site, investigate problems, and prevent abuse. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics processes visit, device, language, and interaction data. Our custom events do not include your name, email, phone, message, or Spark conversation text.
Microsoft 365 appointments
When you choose to schedule, your browser loads Microsoft Bookings. Microsoft receives connection information and may use storage for its service. Bookings collects name, email, time, time zone, and optional notes; it manages availability, confirmations, invitations, reminders, changes, and cancellations. Records are stored in Microsoft 365 and Exchange. Internal calendars determine availability; visitors cannot see those events' content.
Yesenia coordinates consultations; David and Carlos can manage the calendar and attend meetings. Customer replies and business notifications go to contact@ai-prodigy.com, our shared team inbox. Assigned consultants receive invitations. Booking or sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Teams provides the meeting link. We do not record consultations without notifying you and obtaining any required permission.

Free website audits
We collect the public website, email and an optional business goal. AWS SES delivers the request to contact@ai-prodigy.com, our shared team inbox in Microsoft 365. We may send an acknowledgment. Our team reviews the public pages and replies by email with findings; no call is required.
We may use public-page inspection tools such as Lighthouse or Google PageSpeed. When we use PageSpeed, Google receives public URLs to measure them; we do not send your email or goal. Our team reviews findings before sending them. Do not include credentials, clinical records or confidential customer information.
Requests, review notes and findings are retained in team email under the purposes and retention criteria described below. You can write to contact@ai-prodigy.com to ask about these records or request access, correction or deletion.
Spark and interactive features
Spark is an AI assistant. It keeps recent conversation and preferences in your browser to continue your interaction. If AI processing is enabled, your message and limited recent context are sent to OpenAI to select answers from approved information; our API request disables response storage. This does not mean the provider retains no technical or abuse-prevention records.
To prevent abuse and duplicate charges, we may temporarily keep replies, limited context, counters, and a hashed network identifier in AWS. Temporary reply records are scheduled to expire after one day; deletion may take longer. Usage and cost counters last longer. Nothing is sent as a contact inquiry until you confirm and submit the form. You can clear the conversation, silence Spark, or contact us directly.
Do not enter passwords, payment details, identification numbers, medical information, or confidential third-party material. Spark may offer one weather remark after a short idle period, or when you ask. GeoJS estimates your city from your IP and MET Norway supplies forecasts. You can silence spontaneous remarks for this visit. We do not retain your city or coordinates for analytics. We do not request precise device location. News or videos you request may load content from their providers, including YouTube.
Hearts and answer ratings you send record the activity or answer category, language and device category, without conversation text. With analytics permission, we also measure question categories, tours, actions, dismissed messages and errors using a random identifier for this tab. Technical service-health records do not include that identifier. Project briefs stay in your tab until you choose to copy, download or carry them into a form; sending an inquiry requires your confirmation.
Cookies and your choices
We use storage for security, sessions, language, your privacy choice, and features you use. Optional analytics and campaign attribution stay off until you accept them. You can reject them and still contact us and book. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep optional analytics off. Analytics permission does not authorize personalized advertising.
Google reCAPTCHA loads when you open the message form and processes browser and interaction information to protect it from spam. Analytics permission is not required. You can email or call instead. Read the cookie details and revisit your choice using “Cookie settings.”
Providers and disclosure
We use AWS for hosting, security, sign-in, and SES email; Microsoft 365 for appointments, calendars, Teams, and team email; Google for accepted analytics and spam protection; Stripe for billing; and OpenAI when Spark AI processing is enabled. Inquiries are delivered by email and may be recorded in configured lead-management services. Access is limited to those who need the information for these functions.
We do not sell your contact information or use it for advertising across websites. We may disclose information as required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business reorganization subject to applicable obligations. Providers and external sites have their own terms. They may process information in the United States and other countries.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries, email, and appointments as needed to respond, manage relationships, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Duration depends on record type, contracts, and retention requirements; backups may remain until their normal deletion cycle. We do not promise one deletion deadline for every system. Analytics choices expire after 180 days; other periods are explained in the cookie notice.
We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no website or transmission is completely secure. Contact us if you suspect a problem. Necessary security records and legal obligations do not depend on accepting analytics.
Requests and rights
Email contact@ai-prodigy.com or call +1 (352) 549-5302 to request access, correction, or deletion, ask about retention, or raise a concern. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or appeal. We will verify requests proportionately and respond within applicable legal deadlines. Contractual, legal, or security exceptions may apply. We do not penalize people for exercising privacy rights.
Clearing browser storage does not delete emails or appointments already sent. Withdrawing consent affects future processing and does not make earlier processing unlawful.
Children and changes
Our business services and inquiry forms are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit their information; contact us if you believe we received a child's information so we can review and remove it as appropriate. We will update this notice and its date when practices change. We will ask for a new choice before adding an optional purpose that requires consent.
